Quality is important. If you're not pleased with the quality of your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date it was ordered.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition. AppBooks may be returned unwrapped but must be in new condition, without markings or writing of any kind.
Here's how to return an item:
1. Send an email to request a Return Authorization Number.
2. Once you've received your Return Authorization number, write it on your receipt (it is recommended that you retain a copy of the receipt for your records), and include it with the product you're returning.

4. Once the item is received, the account you used for your order will be credited for your purchase amount.
You are responsible for shipping costs. It is recommended that you use a shipping method that will provide you with tracking information.
